I try to make sure my websites look good in IE, FF, Opera, and Crome. But, should I also focus on making my website look decent in safari.

Generally if your site is standards compliant it shouldn't really matter.

but with safari i know sod all about as it's crapac.

Should I try to make my websites look decent in Apple Safari browser?
