I back up MXP forum database, weekly. My other websites when I drasticly change something, or I am bored.

Ah boredom the only reason back-ups get done,

I generally back up when i change something otherwise why bother,

at least ONCE a week. Or if I changed something or had a lot of activity.

How often do you back up your forum or websites?
