They need to buy better rechargeable batteries, cell phones, mp3 players or buy laptops that use less electricity.

I only charge it if the battery becomes low but that's about it. but if there always doing it then they need new batteries.

how should i thingk about those kind of person?? i am one of them since i use cell phone to log into internet everyday, a lot

What do you think of people who constantly charge their batteries?
