No, but I sometimes read over their Creative License Agreement, or copy right since I don't really want to be sued by AOL, Yahoo, CNN, Time Warner, or any of the other News company. Plus, I don't really agree with CNN, Yahoo, Time Warner, and most main streams news views since they are kind of sensationalist and one-sided.

I try not to post from sites with a line that said "reproducing this text is prohibited by law".

I mainly get content from blogs, and other forums since they usually have more interesting articles.

unless your posting anonymously to a site your not to keen on

Posting paid content like "Magazines you paid for at a store" and rescanning them and posting the magazines on your site is not legal even if you paid for it.

Also, Posting paid content from subscription websites like "Amazon, iTunes, IGN paid service" might get you in trouble since I think most subscription websites want you to pay to read their content. Even if you link back, and give credit where credit is due the paid subscription company most likely delete your account, and send a e-mail telling the violater to stop disturbuting their paid content.
