I notice that CMS have a option for caching webpages, and logging, but they slightling increase my database size ?

Should I disable caching, and logging for my CMS websites like Drupal, and Joomla since I do not get a lot of traffic to my websites, and I hardly look at my logs.

I would if you don't use it much.
