I notice there seems to be an increase in PM spam on Mxproject.

It only happened two or three thimes in the last 12 months, but it did not happen before in the past.
Is there a way to limit the amount of users which a person can send per PM, so they can't send a mass PM to more then 3 to all users.
They seem to be done by real people.
