When you submit your link, do you care if it is a dofollow or nofollow link?

Dofollow links are regular links which look like this mxproject.com Search engines follow/index dofollow/regular links.

NoFollow links are links which look like mxproject.com Search engines do not follow and index NoFollow links.

If I was paying for advertising, or having a link exchange with someone else. I make sure I am geting a dofollow link before I pay or trade links.

Also, if I was writing an article or doing something else in exchange for a free link then I be less interested in writing an article or working if I found out the webmaster made my links nofollow unless the website has a lot of traffic or I love the website.
