Do you use Windows Default cursors or do you make or download custum pointers/mouse cursors?

I decided to use custum cursors since I make a lot of online picture based tutorials, and I find the default white cursor for Windows somewhat hard to see in my screen caps if I am seeing them from a far or a very high resolution screen which is 15"-17".

I am currently using a blue cursors. I found online with a .cur extension.

You can even make your own cursors.
