Are many people who are fake/scripted and say a lot or Political Correct stuff they do not believe in, but say?

Yes, I miss the days when people posted about ramblings about their awful day at work, sickening school life, injustices in life or how they are treated so badly by society. There are still websites like this online, but I feel they are slowly disappearing, sadly.
These days I see a lot of websites where people post stuff that sound heavily scripted and fake like "We should all hug each other, and play by the rules." I feel some website authors are playing with people's emotions by going offtopic on their sites and saying stuff like "If you believe it, it can happen." and other commons phrases .
