Notice the more things you said you already did to try to fix a problem the longer it takes for tech support to reply?

Yes,
I once e-mail a company because my Haupauge Video capture USB adapter did not work in Windows 7, but it said it work on the box.
I said I installed the latest drivers from the website, and tried installing and reinstalling the driver multiple times, and tried different USB ports with no luck. I also told them their product work on KMplayer (but fails to pick up sound just pick up video), but the prebundled WinTV7 software just does not pick up a signal or anything. I also told them it work on My Vista PC, but never work on my Win 7. machine.
I sent them their log files for WinTV7 as they requested and Haupauge still have not respond after multiple weeks.
