Do you think most built-in speakers for monitor, laptops, and portable devices are bad?

Yes, since if you turn up the volume, it is not very loud, and itdoes not hass a lot of bass like a regular speaker system with a sub woofer.

Plus, I feel a lot of the time monitor, laptops, and portable device makers cheap out on the speakers.

for tvs there good but if they get any smaller then a small tv the speaker does get bad and you almost need a add on speaker to hear things.

If you can afford and have space for a 5 speaker + 1 sub woofer or better surround sound system speaker system for your TV or computer, you notice a major difference compared to regular TV speakers.

Other than that, TV Speakers are pretty good for watching regular TV, and classic gaming without 5.1 surround sound.

When I was younger my bro hooked some stereo speakers to his tv for surround sound and playing games with that on was amazing.

I thought about doing that but by the time I had the money to get the speakers it was time to move on to the DS light.

I thought the DS light also has a headphone Jack.

I also hook up my MP3 player, portable CD player to my Speakers or Boombox.
