Are Japanese Gadgets and technology very weird in more cases?

Indeed, but I wouldn't want to drive it on a busy road like a high way, freeway, or other place since it seems less safe especially with so many distracted drivers talking on their cell phone, and playing with their radio buttons.

I would think on a windy day a semi would push it over.

Indeed, this is one of the reasons I prefer ridding on bigger cars, or trucks.
I can also see one-two strong robbers lifting or pushing the car into the back of a truck or just lifing it away to their secret hideout.
