Which school system do you think is better? And if it were up to you which one would you be in?

I'm not sure since I'm Canadian.

American Colleges and University students help invent a lot of popular websites like Facebook which was started by Mark Z. who attended Harvard.

Jerry Yang and David Filo were Electrical Engineering graduate students at Stanford University. In April 1994, "Jerry and David's invented "Yahoo!"

The inventors of Google who are Larry Page and Sergey Brin attended Stanford university which also has one of the biggest particle accelerators in the world for doing physics experiments.

Lycos.com was a research project by Michael Loren Mauldin of Carnegie Mellon University.

MIT also invented a lot of cool tech.

I'll pick the American school system since I don't think I'll be happy going to school 300 days a year according to http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_days ... _to_school

Plus, Christmas is not an official holiday in Japan, so I'll miss winter breaks. I enjoy the long holidays of the north american school system where we get about 3 months of holidays per year.

If I want to learn more about something, I'll use the internet or library.

good points, but if your not really into school the Japanese system is better set up with clubs and after school things to keep any kid happy.
