Deadline is reporting that another classic 70's action series is possibly headed back to TV. Yes, after a successful movie "reboot" (and sequel), a new Charlie's Angels has been given a pilot order by ABC.

Smallville's creators/executive producers Al Gough and Miles Millar are behind this new Angels incarnation. Angels has been in development for about a year now, with Sarah Connor Chronicles' Josh Friedman originally attached as a writer. Shooting for the pilot will begin in January in Miami, and Drew Barrymore, EP and star of the film franchise, is also on board as one of the EPs.

Probably some older Disney or Nickalodean stars since they appear on a lot of shows when they grow up.
