Yes, It is good for frying a large amount of food in a short amount of time.

I own something similar, but it's a tad smaller. I don't cook much Asian food in it.

big pan, probably best used with stir frys.

That is a random question.
Yes, I do have a wok. I also have a rice cooker if yuiou want to consider that Asian.

I use mine to fry foods such as chicken and pancakes too!
