Is it annoying when you hear your neighbors talking?

Yes, my computer is located lose to a window by the side of my neighbors door, so I can usually hear them talk and open the door. This is one of the reasons, I turn my speaker volume louder, so I can't hear them.

i hate it more when im trying to sleep and all they do is talk

the other night they were playing music like at 3AM! I was too tried to get up and tell them to shut up.

Man that does sound annoying. I can't hear my neighbors at all. I am usually listening to music most of the time. I do sometimes hear him cough which he has a VERY bad cough (probably has a disease).

Reminds me of my Neighbors who are all smokers who rent the basement of a lady next door. There used to be a women who had a really bad cough, but she moved out now.
