Would the handheld video camera be more important then digital cameras in the future?

Yes, the hand held video camera would be more important in the future since it lets owners record HD video.

Videos also have sound and motion which can never happen with a photo.

it will be out beaten by a all in one device that let's you take HD video with HD pics in 3D with HD sound.

Indeed, I think some day all small devices like cameras, video cameras, and Mp3 playerswill be replace with an All-in-one device which can do it all.

I think what movies and animes portray as some kind of wrist device will be the one in all device.
