Do you feel YouTube is making too many un-talented and average people famous?

Somewhat, I feel Rebecca Black who is the girl who sings "Friday" does not really deserve the fame she is getting since there are so many better singers and musicians on YouTube.
For Example, I feel Sung Ha Jung deserves more views then Rebecca since he can play the guitar, and did not pay for someone to make and promote his video.
