Mirco SD card

Post by Skeithex »

I got myself a Micro SD card from amazon that should be arriving any day now. I don't know though how to use it to back up the files on my MP3 player. How is it done?

I think you need to copy your files onto your computer, and move your files to your MicroSD card.

Most MicroSD cards come with an SD card adapter which lets you plug your MicroSD card into a computers memory card reader for SD cards.

You can also probably just copy and paste your files onto your microSD card from your MP3's memory to the MicroSD card with Windows Explorer.

that's most likely how I'll have to do it since I don't see such a option on my MP3 player.

Most likely, you'll need to use either an SD Card or USB Adapter for it, then transfer your music on to it. I reckon that a USB Drive would be a better alternative for what your looking for though.

I think he was referring to a Micro SD USB card reader which can also be used as a USB drive if you have a Micro SD card in it.
