would you name your kid with anything related to anime?

I'm not sure, but some of those Anime names like Piccolo, GoKu, are kind of cool sounding, but it probably be weird for a kid to have an anime name unless he can live up to the reputation of Goku, or other muscular anime characters.

a Asian woman recently named her son Ace, after the one piece character.

That is cool, but I got a feeling not many people will know that Ace is a well known anime character like Goku in the US and Canada except for anime fans.
