MP3 clock troubles?

Post by Skeithex »

With my last MP3 player, I always noticed my clock feel behind. With my new one, I'm noticing it some how speeds up after time.

So are MP3 players unable to keep accurate time? Which I think the problem comes from when the player updates with new songs.

I think many watches and clocks are inaccurate after time since they are not atomic clocks which stay on time by adjusting to the atomic time, or internet time.

The only very reliable time are atomic clocks, computer's time which connects to a time server, and your cell phone's time which is automatically adjusted when you connect to a cell phone times.

This sort of reminds me of my VCR time which sometimes is faster or slower then the actual time after a few days of setting it.

atomic clocks are NOT reliable. my parents have two of them that are set on the old ways of day light savings time and they can't change them to the new day light savings time zones.
