No, I don't see the Windows computer operating system brand being more popular in the far future then it already is since there are a lot of free and easy to use operating system alternatives to Windows like the many Linux, and Unix based operating system.
Plus, more people are becoming less tech savvy or want to be cool, so they pay more money to buy Apple products to use computers and laptops which are designed for less-tech savvy people/simple-minded people, so they can feel cooler.
Free Cloud computing operating system and web applications from Google, ZoHo office, and other huge companies might also make Windows less popular in a few dozen years.
I bet China, India, Russia, Mexico, and countries with a lot of poor people will switch or use free Linux operating systems because buying an operating system which cost 100 dollars or more is not worth it when you need the money for food, shelter, and school.
Plus, the system requirements for Windows are a lot higher then for Linux based OS which can run on computers which are 10 years or older.
