Do artists like Katy Perry compose and write their own music. I always see multiple producers receiving credits for producing songs and writing them. Why can't they do it themselves?If they did, would not produce anything at all? Give me a elaborate opinion on pop music. Would consider Adele to be a good artist?

Yes, I think Katy Perry may have compose and wrote her own music at one time, and maybe still does. There is nothing wrong with working with other song writers since some song writers may have the wrong kind of voices, but need someone with the right voice to sing their song.
