I am having the worst of luck with my Xbox 360. First of all when I turn on my Xbox 360 everything loads up fine, connection to live and everything else. Then when I want to play a game I go and put anXbox 360 game into the disc tray and, I get a 2-3 second sound like it is reading the disc, then it goes to "OPEN TRAY" on the Xbox dashboard. My Games are not dirty; they are in mint condition, with no scratches. Can somebody please tell me what is wrong with my Xbox 360?

sounds like the disc reader inside of the Xbox could be bad, you may need to send it in to get repaired.

Maybe using one of those DVD cleaner disc with a small brush on the bottom of the disc may fix your problem.

It sounds like your disc drive is broken or dirty.
