radio stations play Pop music

Why do Hip Hop radio stations play Pop music? like the Kanye West autotune crap, lil wayne (pure garbage), etc...These guys do not have talent.Kanye West can make good Hip Hop beats but at rapping, he should stop. And lil wayne is the opposite of hip hop, he is not an MC, he is just an entertainer, he tries to rap, tries to make a rock album, but he fails at it.
