Cut the cord

So have you cut the cord yet to your tv and just do streaming only for your viewing media?

No, mainly because I don't pay for TV since I live with my parents who pay the Cable bill.

Same thing with me, but I don't see myself getting cable in the future when I move out.

I think some apartments, and rental homes give you Cable for free when you rent with them, so if you can find a place to rent with free cable it can be a good deal. Some landlords even give you free internet when you rent from them.
My friend has free cable from his landlord.

most you get in my area is free water, trash pick up or power, everything else is on you.

I think if you rent a basement or room at someone's house with the owner who also lives in it, the owner can usually provide you with free Wi-Fi, and cable if they subscribe to internet service, and cable tv since it is rare for homeowners not to have internet and cable these days in most places.
