What do you do if you come across a PC issue that you can't figure out or can't find answers for?

I just search the internet with Search Engines to find the answer which usually works at finding the answer. I also post on forums to see if someone can answer the questions I have.

pretty much what I do, impossible to learn all the possible PC errors there could be.
