How many website staff do you think a site should have? How many have you been staff at?

I think a small site should have 2 or more staff. Bigger sites should have 5 staff. I have been a staff on 3 forums.

I agree with that amount, pending the areas they are needed in. I'm only staff on one forum thus far.

I usually consider that there is no exact number when it comes to staff. If a lot of people want to join in on the project and help out, then why not allow them to be part of the staff team? That way the site might grow faster.
