Are you able to replace screens on tv/monitors or on phones?

No, I can't replace a screen on a phone, TV, or monitor.

But, I know that there are repair shops which replace screens on phones, tv, and monitors.

I replaced laptop screens at school, they are very simple to do once you can get at them.

Phone screens are very difficult to do though, watched someone do it and it takes like 3 people to do it because if you mess up the replacement screen could easily be ruined.

Are laptop screens expensive to buy?

not really, they range from 10 dollars to whatever you want to pay. But if not handled right, they can be broken before used.

I agree the screen looks pretty easy to break unless it has some sort of a frame to give it some protection.

that and electric shock if the wires aren't grounded.
