Not sure cuz all my comp just have windows installed by myself or someone else when i bring it home, but i heard Dell, and other big comp companies installs a lot of programs the average comp user doesnt use or need which ends up taking up a lot of disk space or use up a lot of system resources like CPU cycles and ram, and causes their comps to boot and run slower .

I guest what annoys some ppl that some computer companies like to install trial software that only works for 30days and might have some features disabled cuz it's a trial version. unless u register after 30days instead of the full version of the software that works forevers.
