Have you ever gotten a scratched game disc before? If so did it work or you try anything to make it work?

I bought a scratched disc from a video rental place, and Amazon, and they work on my Playstation 1, and Xbox 360.

I've gotten a lot during the PS1 and PS2 days with most of them working.
