Do you think there is a big difference between these two? You think its worth having an SSD inside of your pc?

I think for most people HDD and SSD don't have a huge difference. Sometimes you only end up saving a few seconds when opening a smaller program like Notepad, Wordpad, MS Paint, and simpler games like Solitaire, Minesweeper, Minecraft, and Flash games. But, SSD does make Windows, Games, and web browsers load faster.

There are hard drive which spin at 10000RPM/Revolutions per minute which are very fast, and cheaper than SSDs, so they are good for people who want faster hard drive speeds, but can't afford to buy many SSDs for their web hosting servers, gaming pc, and file servers.

If your computer has 2GB or less RAM, having a SSD can make your computer faster at running some programs, and games since once your computer runs out of RAM, it would use your storage drive like a HDD and SSD to use as virtual RAM. Having a faster SSD would make your virtual RAM faster.

To me if you have a high spec PC, having a SSD for a lower spec PC would be much better.

This is true.

For people who don't have a lot of money, buying a 1TB SSD may cause them not to have enough money to buy a fast CPU or video card which can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Depending on the operating system, and program, using a hard drive can be fast enough for the user if they mainly use Linux, and Linux command line programs which run quickly even on a slower hard drive.

There are some Desktop Linux operating systems like Puppy Linux, and Tiny Core Linux which run fast even when being run from a CD, and old USB 1.0 flash drives which maybe slower than hard drive.

I see amazon has had some sales of late on SSDs, you can get a 1 TB for $300. Not too bad.
