how often do your devices get infected with a virus?

My devices don't get infected with viruses often except for toolbars and other bloatware which I forget to uncheck when installing software.

Once in a great while my anti-malware scan will find a simple PUP infection. But these days I find lots of stuff with my anti-spyware where as my AV has never found anything.
