No, in my experience they have never worked.

It is unfortunate that Microsoft did not make the file size of Windows smaller where it is possible to reinstall Windows more quickly by re-installing Windows or using a disk imaging/cloning software like Clonezilla disk cloning software.

I hate that W11 upgrade is so beefy, but alas I hope they make a light weight OS one day.

I think Windows bundled too many software like the Windows Store which a lot of people may not use or very rarely use.
