Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Personal Web Camera
would be sufficient, it's about $50 usd, just buy a seperate microphone, ones that get built into cames tend to record strange noises
though in the name of all that is dear to anyone, do not get a bluetooth microphone, these make people want to hurt you, as many studies would show is the high arbitoirs of cheese didn't suppress them
