I think the antistatic foam may sometimes stick to the computer parts if the foam is poorly made.

Bad stuff will break apart, specially if shipped in cold weather and mess up a PC, not a good sight.

I think antistatic bags could be a better alternative to antistatic foam. Foam breaking apart sounds like it will make a mess.

True, I've had some that I refused to ship anything in as I thought it wouldn't keep static at bay.

It is unfortunate that companies can be so cheap whem it comes to using low quality antistatics bags.
