The flames being chest high sounds kind of bogus, but i hope the guy wins the lawsuit against Apple.

totally bogus, smoke maybe, but with taht little damage to a pocket it would have been a tiny flame at worst, though it looks more like a scorch mark
I never really understood Thursdays.
