I imagine it would be difficult to cleanup large spills in water cool servers.

Nothing that a mop and bucket wouldn't fix, but the hardware would be wrecked.

I imagine vibrations from strong earth quakes may cause some lower quality water cooling systems to fail.

True, I've seen some people put their PCs up on tables which would make them fall and crack open

PCs are not as heavy these days, so they are easier to kmock over unless the PC is glued or screwed to the table.

True, they are all light. The only heavy ones are the gaming rig pcs.

More desktop PCs and laptops seem to use cheaper plastic or loq quality metal cases which is sometimes lighter which could make them more likely to tip over.
