I think the white thermal paste maybe the safer choice because the white stuff has been used in many PCs and consoles parts.

Not sure if its safer, though you would think they all be the same besides quality of materials.

I heard Silver Thermal paste which contain silver can cause electricity problems if the silver paste dripped on the motherboard, motherboards and PCI expansion cards.
The Silicon white paste is peobably less likely to harm your motherboard if it drips on the board.

Never heard of silver one, wonder if there is gold versions that might be better?

Wonder if they used actual gold? Might be worth something.

I think the video creator did use actual gold, but they use very little amount of gold.
