I imagine some people may still try to mine bitcoin tosee if they can earn some money from mining.

I think its a waste of resources at this point, I'm pretty sure the mines have run dry.

I agree it can be a waste of electricity, and the video card maybe worth more money than mining for Bitcoin for a long time.

I think graphic card prices went down when mining no longer was worth it, but they can still cost a lot.

I think a lot of cryptocurrency miners sold their used video cards after the price of Bitcoin was lower , so many peopke selling video cards may cause new video cards to lower its price.

yep and also flood the market with lots of used graphics cards that won't last as long as they should.

I imagine some of the used video cards use for mining Bitcoin are usually better maintained and repaired beause they have tech workers which occassionally clean out dust from the video card fans and heatsinks.
