What services Do you have running in Windows?

Go to

Start>Run> type services.msc in the texbox press ok.

It take too long to type out all the services I have running on Win. Vista Home Premium. I just post a Screen shot.

I disabled a lot of services now my PC runs better.

Information about disabling services can be found on these pages. (intermediate to upper advance task)

Write down all the services you disable. If your OS does not work properly just reenable the services you disabled.
