How often do you back up your websites?

Mxproject.com is backed up pretty often by NWH-Hosting.com

I still have to back up my Johnsonyip.com domain when I am done building the homepage, forum and blog.

My free Geocities, sites I don't use anymore on other free pages are never back up.

I did Back up my nwh-hosting.com/froggyboy604 account a few times.
