I get the message on the picture I posted below. I tried editing the permissions to full control, but it still does not work.

Any Help?

I notice Vista tends to have permission errors when updating software.

you need to run the installer with Admin rights, and if you are admin i recommend running the windows xp installer

Ah yes, I should rid of Vista or install Windows XP on another drive or partition since Windows Vista seem to have a lot of installation and operational problems compared to previous version of windows.
