When should I use my Ad Vouchers from a webhosting company.

I got $ 125 worth in advertising Vouchers for purchasing webhosting from some company.

Microsoft® adCenter $50 voucher
Google AdWords®** $25 voucher
Yahoo!® Search Marketing $25 voucher
Citysearch® $25 voucher

I don't know when is the best time to use them.

Should I use them when I have a steady flow of traffic to my sites, and some decent content, or should I just wait till my site is 90-100% finished with very good content and more visitors.

Plus, which ones should I use first?

When you have enough content on your subject matter and when you beleive your website is ready for visitors
