what do you look for in guys/girls?

well just from visually looking at a girl, I usually tend to look at her hair, eyes and skin.

I consider myself a guy of moderate maintanence so I look to see if they take care of their hair, is their skin always ashy as if she is always around smokers. and as for the eyes, I'm a sucker for blue and green eyes so yeah ><
