Moved some forums to different Sections and locations on the forum.

The Radio forum is now in the MX Production section: http://www.mxproject.com/forum/index.php?c=6

I moved MX Section to the bottom of the forum since I notice it is not very active, and Mxproject is more of a Radio/Entertainment Discussion forum then a User Generated Content forum.

Moved Artist Profile forum to http://www.mxproject.com/forum/index.php?c=10

If you have a good reason for moving other sections to different locations on the forum, or reversing my changes, feel free to reply here.

Thanks for the Compliment.

I did it to make it easier for people to find what they are looking for easier by moving the Radio to MX-Production because the Radio is produce by MX, and the Artist Profiles makes more sense in the Media Row section because Artist are always in the Media.

I moved the User art and fanfic to the bottum because MX is more of a Radio, Media sharing, Entertainment news forum then a User generated art and fan fic forum.

I got the idea after reading a Chapter in my Visual Studio Database textbook about Data Normalization.
