Sure, you can still make a lot of cool friends in a year or two on forums, and if enough people support it. The forum will still be online.

Do you find reinstalling, updating, or uninstalling programs in Vista to be annoying since sometimes you have to rest registry key permissions, so you can access the key again?

it depends on what I am doing but most of it is annoying to do so I must say yes.

Do you think that a lot of your time is wasted in higher grade level schools as you maybe taking classes that you have no interest in?

Yes, since I have not a lot of interest in learning Java, and Microsoft SQL server.
