Yes since if you have too many emoticons, you run out of space if your webserver have a small hard drive.

It depends since some colleges don't cost as much like Community Colleges, State Schools, and continuing studies courses are only a few hundred or less per course, but if you want to go to some prestiges school like Yale, Oxford, McGill, MIT, Stanford, etc the prices would be out of reach for a lot of people unless you have a scholarships, rich relatives paying for your schooling, or other types of financial support.

Do you think some people focus too much on their education and become lost (Not sure what their dreams are anymore, stop hanging out with friends and family, so they can do well in all their courses, but not sure of the real reason they are at school)?
