It is an open source source C# and VB IDE tool. It is kind of hard to use at first, but once you read or watch a few tuturials on it. It is alright to use. It seems faster then Visual Studios.

Faster than Visual studio i'm shocked an opensource app faster than a MS one pfft never :P

sweet shall have a look irrespective of the outrageous claims
