Are you good at Computer Trouble Shooting?

No since I rarely trouble shoot my own computer. When I have a problem, I usually do a windows Restore and it fixs the problem. Reinstall windows.

I tend not to rely on system restore as there are a few problems that cannot fix, troubleshooting is easy when you have "google" though if one of your problems is no net access then fun shall be had by all that is certain.

I find that these days if a network card goes bad, I can always buy one of those USB Ethernet plugs, or connect my cable modem to my computer by using a USB cable to connect the modem to my computer, but I forgot where I put my Driver CD for my Modem.

I find it more frustrating if there is No video when I accidently disabled the onboard video, and I had to use an old PCI videocard just to see the BIOS GUI, and re-enable the onboard video. It also frustrating when the computer fails to boot into windows, and I have to take out my bootable Ubuntu liveCD to recover my data, or fix something.
